Job Description:
-Responsible for executing transactions at sub process level, Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock positions and
cash balances, etc.
-Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets
-Good knowledge of the Capital / Money markets.
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to work and communicate with team members
-Strong analytical skills
-Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and online tools.
-Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
-Knowledge of Customer’s Culture
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Job Skills:
-Graduate preferably in Commerce or Accounts
-Experience in investment banking/brokerage/custodian banking
-Previous experience in a BPO or Transaction processing business would be an added advantage, with experience in interaction with overseas clients or customers on the phone.
-Experience with Investment Banking Operation (Captive / Third Party) will be preferred.
-Good Communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills with excellent people-management capabilities
-Good analytical skills
-Good attention to detail
-Aptitude for understanding technology
-Ability to take Independent decisions
