(i) Project Director – One
Qualification: Bachelor level degree/MBA
Experience: 15+yrs
Job Description:
(i) The candidate should have lead the team of at least 100 IT professionals in software development, software testing and software quality assurance.
(ii) The candidate should have handled IT System Integrated Projects involving installation and configuration of computer systems on LAN and WAN.
(iii) Should be well versed with Data-Base Administration and Data-Warehousing.
(iv) Experience on Land Records System with GIS will be added advantage.

Skills set:
The candidate should be well versed with the following:
Web Technologies: HTML, ASP.net, XML
RDMS : MS-SQL SERVER
Front End : Visual Basic
He should have good exposure on GIS tools also.
Language: Candidate should have passed Matriculation level examination in Gurumukhi/Punjabi language.

(ii) Systems Analyst – One
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA
Experience: 4+yrs
Job Description:
(i) The candidate should have independently handled the Computerization of Land Records Project in India in general, and in Punjab, Haryana or Himachal Pradesh in particular;
(ii) Should have knowledge of networking including/IP and other protocols;
(iii) Should have passed Matriculation level examination in Gurumukhi/Punjabi language.
(iv) Should have knowledge of Punjab Land Records System.

(iii) Data Base Administrators – Two
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA
Experience: 3+yrs
Job Description:
(i) The candidate should have independently handled the Computerization of Land Records Project in India in general, and in Punjab, Haryana or Himachal Pradesh in particular;
(ii) should have knowledge of networking including/IP and other protocols;
(iii) should have passed Matriculation level examination in Gurumukhi/Punjabi language.
(iv) should have knowledge of Punjab Land Records System (v) the assignment would be on job work basis.
