We service around the world with the highest level of customer service delivered over Live Chat and Email. This requires understanding of the customer’s problems and creatively answering the issues
-Solving the queries related to online shopping.
-Involves handling customer service Inbound calls/Chat Supports and E-mails
-Involves resolving customer’s queries and retaining them.
-Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
-Provide customers with product and service information.
-Follow-up on customer inquires if not resolved immediately.
-Upselling Skills, Typing Skills & Accuracy for Chat and E-mail.
Job Skills:
-Excellent command over written English
- Typing speed 40 wpm
- Working Knowledge of Windows and Internet
- Flexible with rotational shifts and 24/7 work environment
-Active on Social Networking sites like Facebook, Orkut , Twitter , etc.
-Wants to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
-has empathy for the customers’ situation
-talks in a way the customer can understand
-works accurate and with eye for detail
-handle things in the best interest of both customer and company
-has a pleasant, friendly style
-willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer (not a “job-hopper”)
