Recruitment of Company Secretary in SMG Scale V under Specialist category or on Contractual Appointment – 2010
Qualification: First class graduate with ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Exp: Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience of working as a company secretary in a Public sector undertaking or reputed corporate body.
Scales of Pay:
The candidate shall be appointed on regular basis in SMG Scale V and the Scale of Pay for which is Rs. 36,200-1000/2-1100/2. The total emoluments at the start of the Scale shall be Rs. 54,000/- approx. + usual perks & benefits at Mumbai.
The candidate shall also have the option to opt for Contractual Appointment for minimum period of three years on lumpsum payment as under: Fixed Compensation- Rs. 8 Lakhs p.a. &
Variable Compensation- Rs.3 Lakhs p.a.

SELECTION PROCEDURE
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the bank in this regard shall be final.
