Sr.Engineer / Engineer – Voice Administrator Avaya
Job Description:
-Administration and maintenance of the voice setup which includes, Avaya CM, CMS, GVP Solution, Logger, Predictive Dialer and Avaya IVR.
-Up keep of the setup with latest release and patches.
-Regular health checks analysis and reporting.
-Capacity management.
-Vendor and service provider management.
-Add / Remove / Update / Monitor of ISDN Trunks / Call Vectoring / IVR Channels / Analog & Digital Phones
-Maintaining the Voice setup 99.99 % uptime
-Custodian of ACD, IVR System and WEB technology
-Install, maintain contact center ACD and IVR Systems.
-Implementation of New Call flows and re distributing the IVR Channels as and when required
-Responsible for continuous function of ACD and IVR and WEB servers
-Improve and monitor ACD & IVR System data integrity
-Adherence to Administration policy of ACD & IVR
-Maintaining the SLA with Vendor, Clients and Service Providers.
-Publish performance of the components under his KRA as per the periodicity defined by Technology head.
-ACD, IVR system uptime and meeting SLA parameters set time to time by the Customer/ Clients.
-Achieving zero break down of various servers used for Voice Network like ACD, IVR, Voice Gateway, Database, IVR, Logger, Dialer, WEB applications and etc.
-Implementation of call flows as per the customer requirements in time and as per SLA.
-No data mismatch at enterprise level
Job Skills:
Experience in Voice administration with good communication skills.
Exposure on any one of the below software would be an added advantage.
Programming Language: C, C++, VB. ASP, JAVA, Asp.net, VB.net.
RDBMS: SQL serve / Oracle 9i etc
System Administration: Windows platform system administration skills are added advantage.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication
Exp: 2-5yrs
