Head – Card Payments – Operations: 01 Post
Age as on 01.09.2010: Preferably between 35 years and 40 years
Qualification: Post Graduate in Commerce / Economics, CA, MBA in Marketing / Finance is preferred

Job Description:
Currently should be in VP / AGM level and heading Cards Operations for Bank or Service Provider or in consulting setup of Technology Company related to Card Business
Job Description: Develop operations strategy, manage operations with high level of efficiency and cost effectiveness
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Responsible for operational side of implementation of Card schemes of various card products Develop and monitor standards for service delivery for current and forecasted loads Analyse processes and drive continuous process improvement Manage day to day interaction with clients, partners and vendors
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
Responsible for development of vendor policies and certification processes
Responsible for development of team including guiding and mentoring team members on professional issue
Responsible for operational aspects of domestic routing of POS transactions of existing card schemes.
Job Skills:
Experience of at least 8 years in Card operations and Technology related to Card payments.
Should have strong understanding of both issuing and acquiring side of Card payment operations and the way card schemes work.
Should have strong domain knowledge in the areas of authorization, Interchange management, Chargeback and Dispute management and clearing and settlement functions.
Be able to drive operational excellence and use technology as enablers effectively
Should have very strong domain knowledge of Card industry and operational guidelines, rules and regulations, processes etc.
High level of process orientation
Eye for detail and good understanding of vendor processes.
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.

Work along with Consultants in the development of Card scheme for India Pay Cards Build the company’s products’ brand proposition and positioning. Over time, cement company name in the consideration set of our customers.
Develop incisive consumer insights and understanding through research, advertising and marketing activities.
Effective campaign management, including media selection and negotiation.
Create top of mind awareness and consumer preference through high impact and consistent messaging across all mass contact media.
Competitive benchmarking High awareness and consideration for all products being launched by company (reflected by resultant sales numbers)
Maximising resources available for advertising to achieve high impact launches
Effective rates for buying media
Manage and guide the creative marketing process by working closely with the various business units within the company to ensure brand consistency in all advertising and marketing communication
Research to measure brand health and advertising effectiveness.
Research effectiveness to arrive at compelling insights and briefs for campaign development.
Manage the Advertising & Research budget to ensure efficient use of it to achieve business objectives

Job Description:
Responsible for smooth operations of IndiaPay card across various channels.
Experience of back office operations of card area.
Knowledge of reconciliation and dispute resolution for card payments.
Knowledge of authorization, intercharge and clearing and settlement of Card Payments.
Card experience as well as payment acceptance and business to business capability are required.
Negotiations with suppliers and customers on specific product features and launches.
Market feedback on card channels.
Monitoring and evaluation of product performance
Knowledge of industry, market trends, and various competitors
Job Skills:
Good Knowledge of corporate payment markets
Ability to manage relationships with senior executives in the corporate payments market.
