1. GIS QA-3-7yrs EXP-Some one from GIS background and very good in testing concepts.
2. Automation Testing-Some one with rational robo, RFT tool and working with vb.net or vb scriting-must
3.SOA testing-Someone working SOA concepts , webservices
4. Performance Testing-Some one very good with RPT tool or Load Runner, very strong concepts-must
5. ETL testing-Some worked on atleast anty of ETL or BO, BI tool, very strong with PL/SQL concepts, query writing.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc/M.Tech
Exp: 3-8yrs
