-Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
-Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
-Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
-Dynamic self- motivated team player with a track record.
-Good at multitasking.
-Should have relevant 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
-Candidate should have strong understanding of the various sources of recruitment.
- In-depth experience using behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment processes.
- Aware of the current market scenarios and IT industry.
-Strong understanding of IT skills and terminologies.
-Flexible regarding work timings.
-Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 1-3yrs
