-Should have relevant 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
-Candidate should have strong understanding of the various sources of recruitment.
-In-depth experience using behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment processes.
-Aware of the current market scenarios and IT industry.
-Strong understanding of IT skills and terminologies.
-Flexible regarding work timings.
-Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
