-SAP Certification HCM /Professional Certification in HCM desirable
-Minimum of 4 to 8 years Domain experience, with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of SAP HCM experience
-Minimum 2 to 4 full life cycle SAP implementations
-Good knowledge in SAP HCM solutions or similar applications
-Well developed customer focus
-Good Presentation and communication skills
-Good command on English Language
-Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term)
-Leading the team(s) they are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables
-Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
-Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
-Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
-Participating in SOW creation and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager
-Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
-Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs

Work Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Qualification: MBA

Exp: Minimum of 4 to 8 years Domain experience, with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of SAP HCM experience
