KOLKATA PORT TRUST

1. Kolkata Port Trust intends to recruit 6 Chief Engineers with Ist class MOT (combined or Motor) Certificate issued by the Director General of shipping.
2. Scale of pay- Rs. 32900-58000/- The incumbents in addition to their usual emoluments will also be entitled to LTC, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, New Pension Scheme, and medical facilities
for self and family. Gross salary of the incumbent is likely to be approx. Rs. 60000/- per month including allowances.

3. Number of vacancies-6 [UR-5, OBC- 1 ]
4. AGE LIMIT : Not exceeding 45 years as on 1.9.2010.
5. Mode of application : Application in plain paper furnishing detailed bio-data including name, date of birth, permanent address, mobile and residential telephone numbers, address for communication, nationality, whether SC/ST/OBC, religion, educational and professional qualification, experience and any other relevant information with two recent passport size photographs should be
submitted in sealed envelope superscribed “Application for the post of Chief Engineer at Kolkata Dock System” immediately to the Director, Marine Department, Kolkata Port Trust, 15 Strand Road, Kolkata – 700 001. Photocopies of caste, educational and professional qualification certificates should be enclosed.
