Team Lead / Tech Lead in PeopleSoft

Job Description:
-4-8 years experience in 2 full-life cycle projects and configuration of the PeopleSoft modules
-4-8 years experience in two or more PeopleSoft HCM/Financials/SCM modules i.e., HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Acquisition Manager, Absence Management, Succession Planning, GL, AP, AR, Budgets etc
- At least 2 years experience in a formal/structured project methodology and an understanding of basic underlying technology used for integration and customization.
-Able to create tech design, code & test Reports, Interfaces and Enhancements using PeopleTools, Application Engine/CI, SQR, Integration Broker etc in PeopleSoft environment.
-At least 2 years experience in PeopleSoft version (v8.9+)
-Able to effectively work in offshore/onshore model projects
-Effective Analytical skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
-Bachelor’s degree is a must..
-At least one year of large-scale, external consulting experience.
–Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
-Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
-Able to work independently or under limited supervision. Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
-Must possess a valid passport. Readiness to travel to the client sites abroad for extended period. Candidates with valid US business visa are highly preferred
