Job Description:
-To conduct Internal Audit (IA) reviews
-To write IA reports
-To liaise with clients at departmental level to ensure efficient completion of individual reviews
-To deliver consistent IA activity and reports that offer practical improvement opportunities.
-To set up audit programs and Internal Audit procedures
-To carry out debriefs with departmental managers to communicate results of internal audit reviews
-Develop good working relationships with Business Managers and Staff at functional levels and to ensure efficient and timely completion of IA reviews.
-When performing IA reviews identify and report opportunities for improvement in the functioning of business processes resulting in efficiencies.
-To document / update Standard Operating Procedures.
-Monitor implementation of audit findings
Job Skills:
-Strong Analytical and writing skills
-Strong understanding of internal control, risk assessment, business process and operational auditing
-Enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good PC Skills (Word, Excel and Power point)
-Good management thinking and knowledge of regulatory guidelines and internal control principles/practices
-Good leadership skill, flexible and able to work independently
