| Job Description: | - Should have Strong CSS, HTML, PhotoShop/Illustrator skills - At least 2-5 years experience hand-coding HTML, CSS based on web standards and best practices for scalability and accessibility - Ability to understand end-users from a user-centered design perspective - Excellent design and visual composition skills with a strong understanding of color and layout - Sophisticated design portfolio that shows a dynamic aesthetic range, suitable for a global enterprise. - Ability to build clean HTML code, utilizing latest, creative CSS techniques. - Ability to rapidly iterate through design layouts and prototype - Expert knowledge of multimedia and design software including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver |
