Sr.Software Engineer

Job Description:
The candidate must have prior experience working in small organizations with outstanding performance track records.
The candidate must work with Development, QA, Product Management and Project management teams to create cutting edge, best in class web and wireless applications.
Design and scope the solution meeting marketing and production requirements.
Implement a maintainable solution using software engineering best practices.
Unit test and work with QA to build test plans. Participate in code reviews
Candidate should exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
5+ years in Software design/development experience in .NET, Java, XML, Web Services, PHP, JSP and RDBMS.
Experience must include hands-on software design and development, design methodologies and design tools, object oriented principles, and direct experience with functional, operational and technical architectures of small and large scale systems.
Must be able to develop designs consistent with product requirements and customer considerations.
Able to derive and evaluate software specifications for small, medium and large complex software systems.

Able to coordinate design of subsystems and integration of system components.

Proficiency with J2ME(BlackBerry is a plus) and/or .Net compact framework, exposure to one or more java application framework like struts, spring etc is a big plus.
Experience with client side development using style sheets, AJAX and web services. Experience with database related development using SQL and JDBC.
Prior experience with Web Services, WAP, SMS, MMS and WAP is a BIG plus.
Experience with Siebel, Oracle Ebiz, SAP, NetSuite, Perigrine is a BIG PLUS.
A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Antenna Executive Team will be meeting with the folk who qualifies for the final round.
Valid B1 visa to travel to US a BIG BIG PLUS
