-Monitoring the call as per compliance
-Ability to take on call calibration sessions with client/s, Operations team.
-Ability to identify the gap between ‘As Is’ and ‘Desired’ in process/s.
-Preparing evaluation sheet
-Taking quality sessions
-Giving feedback to agents
-Conducting refresher trainings and daily briefings
-Good communication skills
Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates
Exp: 2-4yrs
