Job Description:
-Sourced, screened, interviewed and negotiated offer and evaluated candidates for all positions.
-Provide full life cycle recruiting for all positions requiring security clearance.
-Sourced and vetted qualified candidates for inclusion in proposal efforts.
-Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
-Prescreen candidates and make recommendations. Provide overview of prescreen to hiring managers, along with recommendations for candidate interviews.
-Interfaced with a multitude of hiring leaders to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
-Provide weekly update report on all recruiting activities to the Senior Director, Human Resources
-Actively networked with recruiting colleagues and area technical professional groups.
-Sought referrals from external passive applicants and current employee population to help generate pipeline.
-Served as first line of contact to decision makers for any recruiting and HR issues.
-Utilizes internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
-Organized interview days. Provide information to potential applicants about the company, culture, benefits and job.
