-Candidates must have good fluent English communication skills, should be ready to work in a IT Helpdesk process and provide voice support
-Candidates will support global customers on IT Infrastructure matters (Operating Systems, Networking platforms, Application Software, etc…)
-Willing to work in night shift from 5 PM – 3 AM IST
-Candidates are required to sign 2 years service agreement
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
