Remote Support Engineer
Job Description:
-Performing tasks like adding / removing and managing user accounts, giving permissions
-Maintenance of Desktops and thin client pc, Laptops.
-Troubleshooting of network printers.
-Giving support to mail client service Ms Outlook 2003 & outlook express.
-Installation and Troubleshooting of Hardware and Software.
-Remotely providing the solutions for VPN –Entrust certificate, I Pass, R-Net data card issues.
-Creations of user ID’s and providing him with relevant rights on domain.
-Maintaining on site specific checklists for the Daily/Weekly/Monthly review reports for clients.
-Knowledge in Microsoft windows based Server 2003, XP Desktop, Laptop and Networking environment.
-Knowledge in Windows XP Administrator, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
-Ensuring smooth transition of day to day activities and to make sure that to
-Meet client support effectively.
Exp: 1-6yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate
