Job Description:
-Attending the customer calls and queries, solving problems on primary level through telephone.
-Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
-Resolving the problem Remotely throughnet meeting and also telephonic support
-Preparing daily and monthly reports
-Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required
-Willing to work in Shifts.
Exp: 1-6yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate

Time: 10:00am to 04:00pm & Fri @ 10:00am to 02:00pm
