| Job Description: | -Database administration on Oracle 10g/11g & Replication. -This include database health-check, backup-recovery, tuning and system audit services. -Extensive DBA experience on Oracle 11g and/or 10g with RAC -ASM & Grid control -Database migration from old version to latest version and apply any patches. -Liaise with vendor for any new requirements and problems. -Building development & user acceptance databases and all associated maintenance (regular refreshes, problem mgmt etc…). -Release management for database scripts into production environment. -Must be capable of working under pressure and with multiple teams. -Effective problem solving skills to quickly narrow down to problems -Good team player |
