| Job Description: | -Responsible for attending the walk-in customers at the service centre & resolving their queries. -Responsible for providing demo of the repaired units & safe delivery of the unit. -Understanding problem faced by the customer (diagnosis) & suggesting alternatives on case to case basis. -Conducting minor repairs. -Updating the TL / manager reg irate customer calls in time -Technical knowledge (hardware, software, OS, NW etc), excellent communication & presentation skills & process orientation. |
