| Job Description: | Should have an academic degree in computer science. 1-2 years email support experience for software application. Should have prior experience in any Application Support. The individual should have a strong background in supporting web- based ASP.NET applications. Should have strong orientation towards support process. Establish/follow/implement a standardized process for application support, adhering to support service standards, Ensure Project Manager is continually updated about the status of the support of various application. Work closely with Software Testing team, The individual must have strong problem solving and debugging skills in a complex application support environment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple problems at once. Exposure to software testing is desired. ISTQB certification is a plus. Should be a quick learner and a good team member. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. |
