| Job Description: | Shift Managers play a key role in Restaurant Operations. They assist the ARM’s in day to day supervision of the team member and assist in manpower scheduling. Additional Responsibilities Include: Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues. Training and motivating team members. Preparation of products. Maintaining quality of product. Monitoring all service equipment. Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level. Champions recognition and motivation efforts The ideal candidates must possess: Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills. Enthusiasm and willing to learn Team player Commitment to customer satisfaction Have a strong work ethic Graduate in any stream/undergraduate with 1-2 years of management experience, candidates from Hospitality sector preferred Age 20-25 |
