Position: Technical Helpdesk (L1 level)
Job Description:
-Experience in first level troubleshooting in Windows OS like XP, Vista, etc.
-Experience of troubleshooting in basic networking areas, messaging, applications, etc.
-Experience in troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, accessories (eg.> printers), etc.
-Interested candidates should have excellent communication skills with neutralized accent.
-The profile demands providing technical support to clients on a 24/7 availability – and would require the candidate to work in shifts, including night shifts (all shifts would be rotational).
Qualification: Graduate
