Position: Staffing Consultant
Job Description:
-Matching candidates to requirement and filling vacancies,
-Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts on portals;
-Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates;-Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
-Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview;
-Arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients;-Finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
-Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies;
-Getting out on new client & service visits
-Building relationships with clients;
-Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture to hire right candidate;
-Working as part of a well established and cohesive team.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 1-2yrs
