Job Description:
-Doing end-to-end recruitment from various sources like job portals, references, existing database etc.
-Interact with the candidates to match their interests in respective companies.
-Preliminary screening for short listed profiles through direct and telephonic interviews.
-Co-ordinate with both business and candidates for the further rounds of interviews.
-Follow up with offered candidates till they go and join the client company.
-Ensure that monthly recruitment targets are achieved in terms of number of closures
-Responsible for negotiations, salary closures and joining of short listed candidates.
Qualification: Graduate
Exp: 1-2yrs
