-Searching the suitable profile from Database and Job Portals like Naukri, Monster,Times jobs.
-Headhunting for some special profiles.
-Sreening and Scheduling interviews of the candidates as per the requirement of the client Preparing MIS
-Understand the requirements, seek clarifications, if required, from client .
-Ensure collection of CVs, check CVs for the required formatting, carry out random checks for correctness and completeness.
-Submit the CVs to the client representative, follow up with client for feedback, keep the team informed about feedback / status, and pursue the client for action
-Maintain data: record of requirements, submissions, short listings, interviews, selections and joining.
-Always keep your, AM and BD Team informed to avoid duplicity with the client and also to ensure orchestrated escalation
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 0-4yrs
