Department of Town & Country Planning H.P: Senior Planning Draughtsman, Class-II (Non-Gazetted.) On regular basis:- 01 (Reserved for Visually Impaired Person of H.P.) (Backlog), Pay Scale Salary :- Rs. 6400-10640/-
Qualifications: i) B. Tech. Degree in Urban / City / Town/ Regional Planning or its equivalent from a recognized University recognized or from an Institute duly recognized by the Central/ H.P. Government.
Department of Industries: Assistant Geologist. Class-I(Gazetted), on contract basis :-01(Reserved for General Visually Impaired Persons of H.P. ( Backlog), Pay Scale Salary Fixed emoluments of Rs. 10830/- per month
Qualification: (i) M.Sc. Degree in Geology or applied Geology from a
recognized University or its equivalent Or Diploma in applied Geology from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. (ii) 02 years practical experience in the field.
Department of Technical Education: Principal(B Pharmacy College ) Class-1,( Gazetted) :-01 General (Backlog), Pay Scale Salary :-Rs.18400-22400/-
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE FOR CANDIDATES FROM TEACHING:
i) Ph.D Degree with first class either at Bachelor’s Master’s level in the appropriate branch of specialization in pharmacy with 10 years experience in Teaching/ Industry/ Research out of which 05 years must be at the level of Professor or equivalent.
ii) QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE FOR CANDIDATES FROM INDUSTRY AND PROFESSION:-
Candidates from Industries/ Profession with first class Master’s degree in the Appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy and with 10 years experience of which at least 05 years
Department of M.P.P & Power, H.P:
1. Assistant Engineer, (Mechanical),Class-1,Gazetted on contract basis.: -01 post reserved for Hearing Impaired persons of H.P.(Backlog), Pay Scale Salary :- fixed Emoluments i.e. Basic pay Rs. 8500/-+50% D.P. Qualification:- Recognized Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil) Class-1 ( Gazetted), on contract basis.:- 01 post reserved for Visually Impaired person of H.P.(Backlog), Pay Scale Salary :- Fixed Emoluments i.e. Basic Pay Rs. 8500/-+ 50% D. Qualification: Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
3. Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Class-1 (Gazetted) on contract basis. :04 (Visually Impaired persons of HP. =02, Hearing Impaired person of H.P.=02) ( Backlog), Pay Scale Salary : Fixed Emoluments i.e. Basic Pay Rs.8550+50% D.P. Recognized Degree in Electrical Engineering ( EE) / Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or its equivalent from recognized Institute / University.
DEPARTMENT OF SAINIK WELFARE: Director, Sainik Welfare , Class-1,( Gazetted), on contract basis : 01 General, Pay Scale Salary : Consolidated Fixed contractual amount @ Rs. 24000/ P.M (Rs. 15600+8400) Qualification: (i) should be a retired/ released Ex- Indian commissioned officer not below the rank of Brigadier or equivalent status of the Indian Navy/ Air Force failing which a retired/ Released Col. from the Army or equivalent rank of Indian Navy/ Air Force. ii) The Director General Resettlement or a Member thereof to be nominated by him is to be one of the members of Committee for selection of Director Sainik Welfare.
DEPARTMENT OF H.P. STATE CIVIL SUPPLIES CORPORATION LIMITED: Assistant Area Manager/ Assistant Procurement officer Class-I, On contract basis.: 03 General, Pay Scale Salary : Rs. 10300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.5400/- initial Pay Rs.18450/ Qualification: Graduate with at least 05 years experience in the field of procurement, distribution, personal matters and maintenance of accounts of commercial concern or MBA with at least two years experience in commercial concern.
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE: Agriculture Development Officer (on contract basis). : -20 i.e Genl. =01, (Genl.EXSM =12, Visually Impaired=01, Hearing Impaired=01, Ortho Handicapped=01, Genl.WFF=02 &ST=02 of H.P),Contractual Emoluments: Rs. 10,830/ Qualification: i) B.Sc. (Agriculture) under four years Programme and M.Sc.(Agriculture) 2nd Class from a College/ University recognized by the State /Central Government/ ICAR.
DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY: Veterinary Officer ( on contract basis): 68 Gen.UR=21 (Gen. Ex-S- Man= 03 Gen.WFF=01 SC Gen.=09 SC. Ex-S-Man =02 SC WFF=01 Gen. ST=08 OBC Gen.=21 OBC Ex—S- Man =01 OBC WFF=01 of H.P.), Contractual emoluments: Rs. 21000/( initial of the Pay band i.e, 15600+Grade Pay Rs 5400 Qualification:- i) Should possess a degree of B.V. Sc. And A.H. Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) from a recognized University as laid down under the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984( Act No.52 of 1984) ii) Should be registered with the State veterinary Council under the Indian Veterinary Council Act,1984 (Act no 52 of 1984)
DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION: Pracharya (Sanskrit College) on regular basis.: 01 Gen, Pay Scale Salary :- Rs 12000-18300/- ( Pre- Revised) Qualification: should possess Acharya a Degree or its equivalent with at least 55% marks from a recognized or an equivalent degree from a foreign university with at least 55% marks duly recognized by Government of India. ii) Should have possess at least 16 years experience in teaching of degree classes of recognized Sanskrti College/ Institutions affiliated to a University.

(ii) Demand draft for examination fee may be prepared in favour of Secretary, H.P. Public
Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-2, payable at Shimla.
(iii) Paste your one recent photograph, sign in the specified box and send the Application Form duly signed by you (along with Demand Draft) by Registered / Speed Post on or before 30-06-2010 to “ The Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002” The application, complete in all respect can also be deposited in the office of the Commission in person. The benefit of additional time prescribed to candidates of remote / Tribal areas will be given only when the applications are sent through post offices from such areas. No such benefit will be given if applications are received through courier or by hand.
