Job Description:
-Attending the customer calls and queries, solving problems on primary level through telephone.
-Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
-Resolving the problem remotely through net meeting and also telephonic support
-Preparing daily and monthly reports
-Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required
-Excellent Communication Skills (English)
-Should be ready for 24*7 support
-Preferably male candidate
Exp: 2+yrs
Qualification: UG/Graduate/Diploma
