- IT Recruitment experience is a must for the candidates.
- Sourcing, screening, short listing and qualifying IT candidates for technical interview.
-Involve in resume searching from job portals and internal database.
- Lining up candidates for the client interview and coordinating the same.
-Negotiate with candidates for salary fitment and follow-up with them for their Date of joining and maintain a comprehensive databank of all professionals with various skill sets.
