- Basic understanding of software programming skills

- Understand the job requirements and screen/interview the short listed candidates before they are forwarded to Hiring manager to maintain a high level of Interview to offer ratio.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Basic knowledge of various reference models, layers and protocols.
- Basic understanding of software upgrades.
- Scheduling interviews, Reference checks and candidate follow-up to maintain a high offer to start ratio.
- Should have the technical background.
- Better understanding of technical requirements/terms.
