Business Objects Development Specialist

Job Description:
-Should have hands on experience in technology and successfully rolled out at least 2 to 3 projects, with good quality.
-Should be fearless to the customer and convince them regarding resource utilization and cost
-Should be able to do troubleshooting any technical issues which arrives at project, and able handle a team of technical resources to get the work done.
-The Developer should have Strong Knowledge in Business Objects administration, universe development, Business Objects reporting, Scheduling and publishing to users, database administration, network connectivity, operating system familiarity, desktop installation and communications.
-The Developer should have experience in Business Objects versions like 6.1.a/6.1.b/6.5 and Business Objects XI R2.
-Experience in developing web-based application, Expertise in Using Business Objects Data Integrator.
-Candidates should have customer interaction experience.
-On time delivery – Should handle at least 3 projects and delivered it on time with track record
-Quality of work – Should be able to handle SIT, UAT and complete it with quality
-Customer Relationship – Communication should be good enough and able to handle critical situations with client smoothly
-Team Leadership – Assist team, conflict resolution mentoring and development, effective resource utilization and adherence to Org standards
-Process adherence – Should know about the project life cycle (SDLC)
