Job Description:
-Website, Flash, Banner design & development Part of the design process which includes understanding of right scope, analysis.
-Creation of layouts, EDM’s and banner design and flash execution. Interacting with the Team Leader, Project Manager, Project owner/CRM
-Quality Of Work Meeting Deadlines/commitments for assigned tasks, following standards/conventions as set for the project, perform self quality check on the layouts created, communicating/escalating queries/problems at right time to immediate senior. To be evaluated on Supervisor Feedback
-Communication Communication Skills, Interpersonal skills, Team work, energy, determination and work-rate, steadiness under pressure and adaptability, flexibility, and mobility.
-Research and Development Pro-active on research and development for new design trends, HTML and XHTML practices, sharing with the team members internally
Qualification: Graduate
Exp: 5+yrs
