Job Description:
-To learn and equip yourself with the Billing process
-Be thoroughly familiar with the day-to-day activities of the Billing process.
-Show the zeal and drive to learn, take initiative in equipping one-self through induction & client specific training.
-Actively participate in all educational & training activities like Refresher training on billing and compliance.
-Update continuously your knowledge related to your client by going through mails, VCIS. Understand the workflow process that is taking place through VIMS.
-Should know and understand patient enrollment & insurance selection / charge posting / cash posting / denials and refunds.
-Should know and understand the field specifics of Medical Billing Software application.
-Should be able to analyze and understand information given in the source documents (Patient registration sheets, charge sheets, EOBs etc.) prior to keying data into the specified fields in the software application.
-Should focus and achieve on the set targets and cooperate with the respective team in achieving the set Turn Around Time keeping a high accuracy level.
-Treats all patient and client information as confidential; ensures an environment where each staff member can share concerns or fears, regardless of the nature, without recrimination or humiliation.
-Follow processing and client related protocols.

Job Skills:
-Candidate should Possess good typing Skills(25 words per minute)
-Candidates should be ready to work in continuous night shifts.
-Candidate should have good communication Skills.
-Candidate should have good understanding skills.
