-Open trouble tickets for the customer and solve the problem in stipulated time.
-Inter departmental coordination.
-Coordination with branches.
Job Skills:
-Should be good team player.
-Polite but affirmative
-Good communication skills.
-Inbound call etiquettes
-Ability to work in shifts
-Should be able to handle pressure
-Knowing South Indian or any regional Languages would be an added advantage
Qualification: Graduate
