Sr. DotNet Developer

Job Description:
-Providing technical and hands-on leadership in the design and development of comprehensive, business-oriented data management solutions for the Oil and Gas industry.
-Driving the architectural evolution of the existing products set to leverage distributed development teams and to full fill changing business requirements.
-Ensure products are delivered on time and at the highest level of quality.
-Performing and leading modeling and analysis efforts.
-Aiding in the translation of business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
-Mentoring junior developers and performing design and code reviews of peer’ work.
-Troubleshooting and resolving products issues and requests.
-Driving improvements to existing development processes.
-Helping to create and be part of comprehensive working team and positive environment.
-Ensuring all jobs handled by or assigned to the employee meet or exceeds the industry and customer’s standards, within reason.
-Open, honest communication with management staff.
-Attending and participating in all relevant company meetings, training events and business functions.
-Performance of other duties and projects as are assigned from time to time.

Job Skills:
-Hands-on software development experience, with most recent experience in .Net development.
-Experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle.
-Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing successful large-scale enterprise development projects.
-Proven ability in designing software applications following object-oriented methodologies – proficient with UML.
-Practical experience with various software development methodologies such as RUP, Agile (Scrum, XP etc.), test driven development.
-Good working knowledge on SQL (Oracle, SQL Server)
-Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
-Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
-Strong technical skills on VB.Net, ASP.Net, COM+, Infragistics .Net controls, Oracle, SQL Server, Design patterns and practices, Web server (IIS).
-Able to work autonomously
-Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
-Experience in Data Management Systems

Qualification: Graduate
