Sr.System Analyst

Job Description:
-The Remote Desktop Technician’s role is to support and maintain computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
-This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.
-The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion.
-Provide 2nd Tier Support on a variety of issues
-Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
-Respond to requests for technical support
-Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution

Job Skills:

-5 to 7 years experience in leading consulting services projects to clients or within an organization
-Trained in MS Office, Microsoft XP & Windows, Vista a plus, MS Server 2003 and Exchange Server a plus
-Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments
-Ability to analyze and solve problems.
-Experience working with Microsoft System Suite of Applications, Windows Exchange Server
-Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
-Excellent written, verbal and problem solving skills
-Ability to Execute a Project Plan

Qualification: Graduate with CCNA/MSCE Certification

Exp: 5+yrs
