-Should have worked in Technology and Data migration projects
-Should be good in writing Test Cases, UAT
-Should be good in Defect management system
-Should be exposed to mandatory skills like Functional and Regression Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing
-Working with automated tools like WinRunner, Load Runner, Rational Robot, will be a plus.
-Fair Spoken English communication and Good written English
-Good in documentation and Bug Reporting
Qualification: Diploma/Graduate
Exp: 3+yrs
