Job Description:
-Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
-Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients
-Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow up with hiring teams
-Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients’ expectations.
-Meet revenue and bottom line targets
-Report on daily basis to Executive Vice President on activities performed and submit weekly sales reports
-Travel to meet clients to help improve relationships and business
-Long/Short -term business planning
-Assisting the clients to overcome the tough requirements
-Understanding the Clients needs and Co-ordinating for exclusive job events and jumbo job fairs
Job Skills:
-Looking for aggressive, target oriented, committed and highly Disciplined Sales Professional-Corporate sales experience.
-Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
-Should have handled clients independently.
Qualification: Graduate
Exp: 1-6yrs
