Job Description:
This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager and will be solely responsible for reviewing the reports to upload and process payroll through our ADP system.
This candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining the system as well as processing a timely and accurate bi weekly payroll.
-Work with the Payroll Manager, Human Resources and editors to coordinate adjustments.
-Process all garnishments, levies, bankruptcy’s into ADP system
-Responsible for entering ICP’s Commissions and bi weekly payroll through data entry
-Responsible for assisting all employees with questions/ clarifications
-Processing timely and accurate payroll
-Maintaining accuracy
-Follow up on all correspondence / clarifications within 24 hours
Qualification: Graduate
Exp: 2-6yrs

Time: 11.00am to 2.00pm & 4.00pm to 6.00
