-Working experience in Call Center (Voice Based) will be an added advantage.
-Excellent skills in Communication (Tamil, English & Hindi)
-Relationship building / management (at all levels)
-Customer Service / Call center experience
-Willingness to work in Shifts
-Good working Knowledge in MS-Office
-Negotiation Influencing Skills
