-Individual should have excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills.
-Individual should be comfortable working on direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements.
-Ability to grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc.
-Ability to understand of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, OPT/EAD, TN, GC, and US Citizens etc.
-Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Placement Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate submission & follow-up, negotiation etc).
-Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
-Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
-High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
-Excellent Sourcing skills – Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc…
Required Skills:
-Understands current IT technologies at a very high level and the software development lifecycle.
-Aggressive and unconquerable spirit to succeed.
-Excellent Communication skills.
-Absolutely comfortable to work in night shifts.
-Technical Qualification is preferred.
