-Recruiting and licensing Advisors.
-Develop advisors through Coaching, Training.
-Plan, Monitor and Review advisors on a weekly basis.
-Help them achieve maximum business.
-Execution of sales strategy
-Seek new customers and increase sales
Skills:
-Experience in sales in any industry .
-Experience of sales in FINANCIAL, FMCG, FMCD, TELECOM, PHARMA industry would be an added advantage.
-Should be a localite of the particular location.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Strong hold on local language will be added advantage.
-Good networking skills to drive and generate leads.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 3-8yrs
