Recruitment for Management Trainee (Account and Technical)

Food Corporation of India, one of the largest Public Sector Undertakings, dealing with Food Grain Management and Allied activities, wishes to induct young and talented persons for the post of Management Trainee (Account) and Management Trainee (Technical).

-Management Trainee (Account) : 28 posts (UR-14, SC-4,ST-4,OBC-6), Stipend : Rs.8500 (Pay Scale after completion of training: Rs.16400-40500), Age : 28 years.

-Management Trainee (Technical) : 38 posts (UR-30, OBC-7, PH-1), Stipend : Rs.8500 (Pay Scale after completion of training: Rs.16400-40500), Age : 28 years.
Qualification: The prescribed qualification shall be reckoned as on 01.01.2010.

For Post Code No. 01 i.e. Management Trainee (Accounts): CA/AICWA/ACWA (London)/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institute.

For Post Code No. 02 i.e. Management Trainee (Technical): Degree in Agriculture OR in Science with Diploma in Food Technology from a recognized University/Institute.

Selection Process:

The selection process of category II consists of written test, group discussion and interview. The written test will be conducted in Hindi/English .The written test will be in two parts. Part I will consist of 60 multiple choice question of the relevant technical discipline and Part II will consist of 60 multiple choice questions of general aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis Computer Awareness, General Awareness and Current Affairs

The venue and schedule of written test will be intimated to individual applicant along with the admit card. The same will also be uploaded on the FCI’s website http://specialtest.in/fci

On qualifying the written test, GD & Interview will be held for short-listed candidates. It is essential to appear in every stage of the exam.

Application Fee : Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (no fee for SC/ST/PH candidates) drawn in favour of Food Corporation of India, payable at Noida.

HOW TO APPLY:
1. All the candidates have to make Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) drawn in favour of Food Corporation of India and should be payable at Noida. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process due to any reason mentioned above, his candidature will be cancelled and fees will be forfeited. Fees will not be refunded in any case.
2. Application fee is not required from SC, ST and PH candidates.
3. Application can be submitted by a candidate for one post only most suiting with the Qualification, etc.
4 Application on the plain paper in the proforma appended below (type written/printed in English) completed in all respect, is to be sent by the ordinary post in an envelop super scribed “Applications for the post (Name, Post Code No. of the post applied for and category)”.The application should reach on or before 06.04.2010 at the address given below. For candidates from North Eastern states & Jammu & Kashmir, last date for receipt of application is 20.04.2010. The applications received after the closing date, will not be entertained.
