-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ensure that transactions are processed as per the Desk Top Procedures
-Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics are met
-Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by the SLA metrics
-Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. as per predefined rosters
-Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
