Job Description:
-Experience in tool design and development of aerospace structures components (tooling) like:
Ground handling equipment
Assembly fixtures
Composite tooling
Detailed tools like – milling and drilling fixture
-Should have good working experience on quality assurance to tools
-Prior experience in taking a design from concept through manufacturing and entry into service.
-Intimate familiarity with CAD and Design standards is highly desirable – CATIA v5, ENOVIA, GD&T, Model Based Definition
-Participation in recruitment, development and mentoring of young Engineers
-Able to lead a team of young engineers during critical phases of a program and to relinquish control in mature phases
