Job Description:
-The candidate will be required to do provide technical support for Desktop related problems.
-To provide 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving desktop problems
-To perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC, OS, software and related peripherals
-Server & Desktops assembling, installation & configuration, Virtualization, Troubleshooting Hardware and Network related problems, Installing, Configuring & Managing Network Devices like L2
-Must have good communication skills this is mandatory
Exp: 2+yrs
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
