Job Description:
-Responsible for daily processing of cash, cheque & credit card payments, balancing the day’s total banking and following up on internal and external client queries in relation to receipts and allocations.
-Also, processing of accounts receivable journals and following up on credit balances for the company’s smaller offices
-Performing all activities associated with the maintenance of the general ledger, with the focus being on journal preparation, monthly reconciliations, account analysis and BAS returns preparation.
Skills:
-Previous Investment banking experience
-Must have professional approach to work
-Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Good communication skills
-Good time management skills to meet deadlines
-Must be able to work well unsupervised and within the team
-Have knowledge of MS Excel and Word packages
-Must be flexible to adapt to constant changes in the workplace
-Should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
-Should have 15 Years Regular Education.
-Candidates attended interview within 6 months will not be Eligible.
