-Oracle Database Fundamentals
-Design Patterns
-Object Oriented Concepts
-Performed lead roles in projects
-Open Source framework & tools
-Experience on Oracle/Sonic/Any other ESB
-Led large project teams (10-15)
-Experience with Government domain
Skills:
-Understand the business requirements
-Application development and testing
-Ensure that quality processes are adhered.
-Contribute to the application design and mentor the team on technical and functional aspects
-Ensure that the module is delivered within the defined parameter of time and budget
